For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the power of sound, energy, and meditation.

Music has always been my language, a way to connect with something greater than myself. But at some point in my life, I lost that connection.

I felt scattered, disconnected, and searching for meaning.

I stopped playing music. I stopped driving, something I loved. I stopped so many things. Some hard truths were out of my control, and the biggest one was that I was surrounded by the wrong people.
