Did you know that setting an intention activates a special part of the brain? Research shows that when we set intentions, the brain’s reticular activating system (RAS) helps filter our focus to align with these goals, making us more aware of opportunities and guiding our actions in subtle yet powerful ways. It’s like giving your mind a map to follow toward your aspirations. 🌠
Studies indicate that people who set clear intentions are more likely to achieve their goals, as this practice tunes our focus and aligns our actions. Setting an intention is like planting a seed in your mind; it creates a pathway that helps you stay grounded and motivated, even as things around you shift.
Ask yourself: What intention do I have for this journey? What qualities would I like to nurture over these next 25 days?

- Write down your intentions in your journal, capturing the energy you wish to carry through this season.

These simple actions are powerful tools to keep your intention alive each day.

- Cinnamon Abundance Ritual: Stand at your front door, hold a pinch of cinnamon, set an intention for abundance, and blow the cinnamon into your home. Feel warmth and positivity filling your space.
