Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@fatimateixeira.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: Rio de Mouro, Portugal. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Sound Healing Sessions and Services
Please note that all services, such as sound healing sessions (including private sound healing, chakra alignment, and tuning fork sessions), are non-refundable once the session has been conducted or delivered. However, if you need to reschedule a session, you can do so up to 48 hours before your appointment. After this period, cancellations or rescheduling may incur a fee.
If you experience any technical difficulties with digital services, such as downloads for guided meditations or meditation script bundles, please contact us for assistance at info@fatimateixeira.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food or plants)
- Custom products (such as personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or completed sound healing sessions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your physical item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
