As we close this chapter, today’s focus is on gratitude, the cornerstone of inner peace and contentment.

Gratitude shifts everything. Research shows that practicing gratitude can improve mood, strengthen relationships, and even boost physical health. When we pause to recognize the good in ourselves and our lives, we elevate our energy and create space for joy.

Consider: What am I most grateful for about myself and this week’s journey? How has this week helped me grow?
